Coach demos are recorded locally and will show what your team has seen as well as their positions, economy, health etc. These can be used when GoTV demo is not available (standard demo).
For example, when professional teams practice against each other they do not allow to GoTV demos to be recorded. Therefore it is very difficult to really analyse these games. Now with the POV/coach videos it is possible to get some really good insight into the matches.
