What do I do if the client starts up with a blue screen or the map does not load?

This means that the client crashed during map load, which can happen for a number of reasons:

  • Lack of disk space: make sure that you have at least 2-3GB free disk space when downloading the map
  • Corrupt map file: try to delete the map you're trying to load in %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Skybox\Skybox Replay Client\maps  (or alternatively delete the entire folder), then try again
  • No internet connection: check that you can still open e.g. google.com, otherwise wait for your internet to come back and try again

If you have tried all of the above, then it might be a bug in the client. You can fill out a bug report by creating a ticket here (link to ticket)  with the following information:

Operating system (e.g. Windows 10)

The client version (e.g. 0.14)

Does it happen only on certain replays or all that you've tried?
