What to do if the Skybox web portal site is blank after I log in?

This usually means that we have updated the web portal and that your browser has cached the old version.

You can solve this by clearing your browser's cached files; normally this is done by:

1: Pressing Ctrl + Shift + delete

2: Choose "All time" in the time drop-down box.

3: Check the boxes called "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".

4: Click the "Clear data" button.

5: Reload the skybox web portal and login again.
